The COGR is part of Can-SHARE, a project recently funded by Genome Canada. Our role is to connect our efforts to other national and international data sharing efforts.
COGR pan-Canada BRCA1/2 discrepancy analysis: The COGR is working through a pan-Canada BRCA1/2 discrepancy analysis with labs specific reports that were released in November. A total of 11 labs are participating across 4 provinces with over 5,500 BRCA variants submitted.
